寺与庙有何分别？
原来寺属佛教，庙属道教。*enlightened*

I was interviewed by Wa!TV this evening. No idea who they are? Neither do I…till they mentioned something about being under Malaysia’s Astro TV. Vaguely recall something about cable services from my CS103: Intro to Electronic and Broadcast Media class.














It wasn’t just me, but 3 other Malaysians and 3 other Singaporeans as well.

Three parts:
1) Introduce yourself
2) Say Hi to your family and friends back home, and express how much you miss them
3) Share something interesting about your time in Beijing

I really wished I was more fluent in Chinese.
For Part 1, I could have easily mentioned 传播系 but Xiaoge (erm, Prof Xu who taught me Chinese Media Writing) kept popping up in my mind, stressing that the School of Communication and Information must be translated 传播与信息学院.
And so I tried, but stammered…ARGH.


















The second part was easy. I miss home, I miss my bed, I miss laksa and I miss my boyfriend.
“就这样?!”.........Then?!!!
Anyway, the recordings may never reach Singapore, so what’s the point? ;)

Part 3 could have been a lot more interesting if I was given more time to gather my thoughts. Ended up talking about 汤匙、调羹、勺子 (äll translate: spoon) and the ARTIFICIAL snow 2 weeks ago?

Poor performance, girl.
