Encapsulation
Encapsulated in emptiness.
Perhaps it’s the hotel room, perhaps it’s having slept for at least 9 hours each for the past few days, perhaps it’s just my mood, but as life here falls into a form of monotony, I can’t help but feel that I’m underachieving.
It reminds of the time I was cooped up at home, for weeks, studying for exams. I wanted to head out and DO something.
Amidst attending lectures, preparing for 40DOP, reading, and anticipating the first Guitar Soc meeting, what more can I do here?
Rufus’s suggestion replayed in my mind, “Perhaps you can consider outreach.”
I don’t wish to overload, but I do feel under-challenged.
“As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you.” – Isaiah 66:13
